We recommend leaving for at least 30 minutes before washing. For a more intensive treatment, you can leave in for over 30 minutes.
Yes absolutely you can use as you are applying the treatment from mid-strand to the ends to work around your extensions tape / clips.
Not at all as you are required to wash out the treatment after 30 minutes. Wash out with two shampoo and one conditioner.
