The Lil J Method
Step 1: Treat
Apply Thick & Juicy Treatment to dry hair through the mid-lengths and ends. Leave for 30 minutes.
Step 2: Cleanse
Shampoo with Thick & Juicy Shampoo. Rinse thoroughly, then shampoo a second time to fully remove the Treatment.
Step 3: Condition
Apply Thick & Juicy Conditioner through the mid-lengths and ends. Leave for 1–3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
Use the Treatment once weekly.

Start with the Thick & Juicy Treatment once a week. Apply to dry hair through the mid-lengths and ends and leave for 30 minutes. Shampoo twice to thoroughly cleanse and remove the Treatment, then condition once. Use the Shampoo and Conditioner as needed on your regular wash days.
