Terms & Conditions Pop-Up Treatment Experience

By booking an appointment at The Lil J Treatment Room Pop Up at Salon Lane, Surry Hills, you agree to the following terms:

1. Event Details

The Lil J Treatment Room is a limited-time pop-up event taking place on:

18 June
19 June
9:00am – 8:00pm

Location:
Salon Lane
Ground Floor, 63 Ann Street
Surry Hills NSW 2010

Appointments are strictly limited across both days.

2. Prepayment Policy

Full payment is required at least 7 days prior to your appointment date.

Your appointment is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received.

Prepayment secures your time slot and allows us to manage the limited schedule across this two-day activation.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Due to the limited nature of this pop-up:

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days prior to your appointment date.
•  Cancellations made within 7 days of the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability within the event dates.

4. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your appointment:

• Your service time may be shortened to avoid impacting other bookings.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be cancelled and treated as a no-show.

Please allow time for parking and arrival.

5. Hair Length Pricing

Pricing is determined based on hair length at the discretion of the stylist on the day.

Length categories:
• Short
• Medium
• Long
• Extra Long

If your selected length category does not accurately reflect your hair, an adjustment may be required prior to service commencement.

6. Suitability of Service

All services include:
• Personalised consultation
• Lil J treatment service
• Professional haircut
• Wash & blow dry

Services are tailored to individual hair types and conditions. Results may vary depending on hair history, condition, and maintenance.

Lil J reserves the right to decline service if hair condition, prior chemical history, or scalp concerns make the service unsuitable.

7. Product Purchases

Lil J products will be available for purchase on the day of the event. Product purchases are optional and not included in the service price. Standard Lil J return policies apply to product purchases.

8. Photography & Content

The Lil J Treatment Room is a brand activation event. Photography and video content may be captured during the event for marketing and promotional purposes.

If you do not wish to be included in content, please notify the team prior to your appointment.

9. Health & Safety

Clients must inform the stylist prior to service of:

• Scalp sensitivities
• Allergies
• Medical conditions affecting hair or skin
• Recent chemical treatments

Lil J Haircare is not responsible for reactions where relevant information was not disclosed.

10. Event Changes

Lil J Haircare reserves the right to:

• Adjust event timings
• Change location within reasonable proximity
• Cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances

In the event of cancellation by Lil J, prepaid appointments will be refunded in full.

By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
