After more than 20 years behind the chair, I noticed the same frustrations coming up again and again.
Clients were buying countless shampoos and conditioners, but no one was treating their hair before washing it.
That's why I created Lil J.
Every system starts with a weekly pre-wash treatment and is paired with a shampoo and conditioner that work together, not against each other.
The goal has always been simple: create uncomplicated haircare that actually works. Naturally derived formulas. No unnecessary ingredients. Just healthier hair, one wash at a time.

Yes. Every Lil J treatment, shampoo and conditioner is colour safe.
We recommend using your pre-wash treatment once a week before shampooing. Apply to your hair or scalp and allow 30 minutes for the treatment to work.
Start with your Lil J Treatment on dry hair before washing and leave it on for 30 minutes. Where you apply it depends on your Treatment:
- Flake Off: Apply directly to the dry scalp.
- Thick & Juicy: Apply through the mid-lengths and ends.
- Fine & Fabulous: Apply through the mid-lengths and ends.
- Bounce Back: Apply through the mid-lengths and ends.
Then shampoo twice to thoroughly cleanse and remove the Treatment, followed by conditioner once to nourish and smooth.
Use your Treatment once a week, and your Shampoo and Conditioner as needed on wash days.
