The Lil J Difference
The Lil J Method
Step 1: Treat
Apply Bounce Back Treatment to dry hair through the mid-lengths and ends. Leave for 30 minutes.
Step 2: Cleanse
Shampoo with Bounce Back Shampoo. Rinse thoroughly, then shampoo a second time to fully remove the Treatment.
Step 3: Condition
Apply Bounce Back Conditioner through the mid-lengths and ends. Leave for 1–3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
Use the Treatment once weekly.

Ever since my hairdresser introduced me to LilJ har oils, they have formed part of my daily haircare routine. I use Bounce Back through the midsection to the ends, when I wash my hair (twice a week) while it’s still damp, and then to nourish and smooth in between washes. I find that 4-6 drops is perfect for my long hair, and keeps it hydrated especially with dry shampoo use. Thoroughly recommended!

Bounce Back is designed for dull, limp or lifeless hair that has lost its softness, shine and bounce. It’s a great choice if your hair looks tired or flat and you want a routine that leaves it feeling softer, smoother and more revived.
Start with the Bounce Back Treatment once a week. Apply to dry hair through the mid-lengths and ends and leave for 30 minutes. Shampoo twice to thoroughly cleanse and remove the Treatment, then condition once. Use the Shampoo and Conditioner as needed on your regular wash days.
We recommend leaving the Bounce Back Treatment on for 30 minutes before washing . The routine has been designed around this 30-minute weekly pre-wash treatment, so there’s no need to leave it on overnight.
Bounce Back can be used across different hair types, but if your hair is particularly fine, delicate or easily weighed down, our Fine & Fabulous System is likely to be the better match. It’s specifically designed to provide lightweight care for fine hair.
If your main concern is thick, coarse or very dry hair that needs deeper nourishment and manageability, we recommend the Thick & Juicy System . Bounce Back is better suited to hair where dullness, limpness and lack of bounce are the main concerns.
Yes. Bounce Back Shampoo creates a light, creamy lather. The conditioner is a separate rinse-out step: apply to the mid-lengths and ends and rinse thoroughly.
No haircare product can permanently repair an existing split end, once the hair has split, trimming is the only way to remove it. Bounce Back helps condition and smooth the hair, supporting softer, more manageable and healthier-looking ends.
